We carefully assess each potential client to ensure we can provide appropriate care. Our current resources and expertise may not be suitable for individuals with certain experiences or needs. In those special instances we will guide you to a source of support.

  1. Complete the intake process

You have 2 easy ways to obtain your intake packet

  1. By Phone: Simply give us a call at Family Counseling Service (FCS), and we'll email you the intake packet. Once you've filled it out, just click "Finalize" and then "Submit" to send it back to us.

  2. In Person: Visit us at FCS and We can provide you with a hard copy of the intake packet that you can either fill out right here in our office or complete at home.

  • Age of Client: Some therapists specialize in working with children and teens, while others are more focused on adults.

  • Therapist Availability: We also consider the therapist's availability to find a match that works within your schedule.
